Basically this case is a multi-touch iPhone case. You can touch the sides and back with up to 10 fingers. Interesting case that could be good for gaming and perhaps other functions. Apps will need to be developed to take advantage of the case, and the company is working with developers, in addition to writing their own apps.
It will be available for the iPhone 4/4S, iPhone 5. It's expected to be available this summer for somewhere between $60-$100.
